John and Mary Louise had a stunning wedding in Dallas, Texas. I was so excited to be able to document their day! The weather was absolutely perfect, and the mood was so calm and happy. Mary Louise began the day with a manicure & pedicure party with her bridesmaids and house party at Inwood Village Nailery, then spent the afternoon getting ready at her house with family. Mary Louise’s hair and makeup was done by Dana Dixon.

During the day, I had the privilege to work alongside Margot Landen Photography. These are some of her beautiful photos!

John and Mary Louise were married at Highland Park Presbyterian Church.

The reception followed afterwards at The Pavilion at the Belo Mansion.

Ryan and Christie had such a fun wedding day! Christie’s first stop was at Allure Studio for hair styling by Jennifer Patrick, and then to The Battle House Hotel downtown for makeup by Courtney Matthews. She chose a stunning, unique dress by designer Elizabeth Fillmore. Christie went to New York to visit one of her best friends since fourth grade who works for Gabriella’s, a wedding dress salon. When she arrived, she was able to go to Elizabeth Fillmore’s showroom and meet her! Elizabeth custom added Christie’s lace from Italy and designed her dress. What an amazing experience!

After makeup was completed and the dress was on, we met Ryan at Spring Hill College for their first look under the beautiful oak trees.

Afterwards, we met the bridal party at the Bragg-Mitchell Mansion for some pictures before the ceremony. This historic landmark in Mobile is prized for its beautiful location and atmosphere for elegant, Southern entertaining.

Ryan and Christie were married at Saint Ignatius Catholic Church.

The reception at Bragg-Mitchell Mansion was beautiful!

The tables were filled with gourmet Southern food. Guests dined and danced under the stars while the overhead lights in the trees provided a romantic, soft glow for the evening.

Congratulations to both of you! The day was a blast and I am so happy for you!

Where do I begin? I met Caroline my Freshman year of college and then met Clayton a year later when he joined us at Baylor. When I met Caroline, she said that Clayton was “just a friend,” but we could tell there was more to the story! Needless to say, they started dating, and four years later, Clayton proposed! This wedding was pure joy. Caroline and Clayton have such generous, sweet hearts. They were so genuinely happy from the first look to the reception exit. I chose the music in their highlight film from The Music Bed, and it ended up being the same artist that they chose for their first dance, Jenny & Tyler.

At their wedding, I had the privilege to work alongside Heather Cherie photography as we documented their day. Here are some of the beautiful moments that she captured!

The chapel windows faced west at the altar, so we had beautiful lighting for the ceremony. Difficult to shoot, but beautiful.
